Analysis
The first proper touring lineup of Rainbow is all present and accounted for in this boot. Ronnie James Dio is at the mic, Cozy Powell is at the kit, Ritchie Blackmore has his axe, Jimmy Bain has the bass, and Tony Carey rounds out the team on the keys. As you would imagine, this is already a recipe for success. Thankfully, the sound is clear enough that we can hear the musical excellence within. With the exception of a stop from Blackmore to accommodate a monitor buzz and a barely-audible shaky start to Stargazer, the group is firing on all thrusters.

Sadly, this appears to have been wasted on the Miami audience. Dio makes reference to how small they are, a far cry from the sold-out stadiums of Rainbow circa 2018. What the audience lacks in size, they make up for in positivity, which is rewarded both by a fantastic show and by heaps of charm and humor from the stage when Dio MCs. The entire experience is absolutely oozing with character, and worth looking into.
