Emerson, Lake & Palmer performed on this day in 1977 at the Coliseum in Portland, Oregon.
ELP were at this time on their Works Tour, which took them through both Canada and the United States between May 1977 and March 1978. It was the final tour the band undertook until 1992.
This tour had three distinct portions: a leg in the summer begun with an orchestra (though due to budgetary issues the band had to part ways with the orchestra), and two legs in the fall of 1977 and the winter/spring of 1978 without. This concert came late in the first leg.
There is no known recording of this particular concert.
