Rainbow performed on this day in 1981 at Sindelfingen Messehalle in Stuttgart, Germany.
Rainbow were at this time on their Difficult to Cure Tour, which had already taken them through North America. This European leg would last through July and would see them visit England; while the European and English legs of tours were sometimes split up, in this case they were not.
This concert is known to have been recorded, and is in circulation online.
