Yes performed on this day in 1998 at the Nagoya-Shī Kokaido in Nagoya, Japan.
Yes were at this time touring in support of their most recent album, Open Your Eyes, which had been released in November of the previous year. Ironically, only two song from the album were on the setlist of this particular concert. Of those, one of them was a pre-fanfare number.
The remainder of the setlist mostly comprised of Yes’ classic output; all but three other songs were from the 70s. The entirety of Close to the Edge was performed in reverse order sprinkled throughout the setlist. Also popular were selections from The Yes Album (three songs performed) and Fragile (four songs performed). Of the Fragile songs, “Roundabout” closed the concert, and was apparently present in abbreviated form.
A review for the show indicates the concert was very well-received, although the hall was not full.
The concert was recorded and is in circulation online.

I talk more about the venue at which the group performed, the Nagoya-Shī Kokaido, here. This was the second and last time (to date) that Yes performed there.
