Emerson, Lake & Palmer performed on this day in 1970 at the Starlight Rooms in Boston, England.
ELP were at this time on their debut tour. While the first date of this tour had occurred over a month prior, they had taken a relatively long hiatus between their explosive Isle of Wight performance and the beginning of a steady tour schedule.
As a point of interest, while this was to my knowledge the only time ELP performed in Boston, England, they would often perform in Boston across the Pond. Their first performance in the Massachusetts city came in May of the following year, about eight months after this concert.
